Identification
Paid placements should be labeled with terms such as “Sponsored,” “Advertisement,” “Promoted” or another clear disclosure appropriate to the format.
Editorial separation
A sponsored placement is not the same as an independent editorial ranking. Advertisers may supply factual product information for verification, but payment does not purchase a favorable technical conclusion.
Claims
Advertisers remain responsible for their own offers and claims. Melnti may reject advertising that is misleading, unsafe or inconsistent with platform standards.
