The SolarEdge Home Battery 48V is a low-voltage modular battery designed for supported SolarEdge three-phase architectures in applicable markets. The Home Battery 400V is designed around supported SolarEdge single-phase systems. They should not be treated as interchangeable batteries.

Start with the exact inverter model, phase configuration, backup goals and country-specific SolarEdge compatibility matrix. If the design uses backup, confirm the required SolarEdge Home Backup Interface variant and the loads that will actually be backed up.
